Estelle has more than 25 years of experience in financial services, beginning her career at AMP in 1998. Over that time she has built a deep understanding of how financial institutions operate and how technology can drive meaningful, lasting change within them. This experience lets her bridge business and technology, turning strategic ambition into practical programs of work. Her perspective is grounded in frontline experience.

As a Financial Adviser at Westpac, Estelle saw firsthand the disconnect between advice operations and the technology meant to support them. That gap led her to move into technology, first at Iress and then at Opex Consulting. In both roles she focused on reviewing the technology that supports financial advisers, aligning day-to-day operational needs with best-practice software.Today, she brings that adviser’s-eye view to SGN, making sure technology decisions serve the people who rely on them.
